DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR LIMIT ALLOCATION

• Legible copy of the tax certificate
• Trade registry gazette announcing incorporation and other trade registry gazettes containing amendments
• The latest trade registry gazette showing distribution of capital
• Certificate of operation issued recently (certified by the trade registry) or certificate of registration with the relevant chamber
• Balance-sheet and income statement pertaining to the latest three years approved by the Tax Department or Certified Public Accountants
• Copies of identity cards of the company shareholders (containing Turkish Identification numbers)
• Certificates of domicile of company shareholders (not compulsory for legal entities)
• Signature circular (containing the basis page certified by the notary public)
