Remuneration Policy

Since the Board members receive an attendance fee and remuneration, at arms’ length conditions, on an annual basis, based upon the company’s strategies and policies, and their performance, and taking into consideration the duties and responsibilities they have undertaken in the company, they are not paid any other remuneration for their posts as members of the board of directors.

The remuneration of the senior executives of the company is determined by the Board of Directors at market conditions, based upon the strategies and policies of the Company, and their performance, and taking into consideration the duties and responsibilities they have undertaken, their experience and critical success indicators.
